1. General
1.1 These terms and conditions apply to all products and services offered through the Studio Nala webshop.
1.2 By placing an order, the customer agrees to these terms and conditions.
1.3 Studio Nala reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Changes take effect upon publication on the website.
2. Products
2.1 The products offered on the Studio Nala webshop are described accurately and truthfully. Studio Nala cannot be held liable for errors or omissions in product descriptions.
2.2 All products are subject to availability. In the event a product is unavailable, Studio Nala will notify the customer as soon as possible and, if applicable, offer an alternative.
3. Prices and Payment
3.1 All prices are listed in euros, including VAT, and exclude shipping costs unless otherwise stated.
3.2 Payment must be made using the payment methods provided on the webshop. Orders will only be processed after payment is received.
4. Shipping and Delivery
4.1 Studio Nala strives to ship orders within 1-3 business days after payment is received.
4.2 Shipping costs are €0.99 within the Netherlands and €3.95 to Belgium.
4.3 Studio Nala is not responsible for delays caused by the delivery service or incorrect address details provided by the customer.
5. Returns and Exchanges
5.1 Customers have the right to return a product within 14 days of receipt without providing a reason.
5.2 Return costs are borne by the customer unless the delivered product is defective or does not match the order.
5.3 Returned products must be unused and in their original packaging. Studio Nala reserves the right to refuse returned items that do not meet these conditions.
6. Warranty
6.1 Studio Nala guarantees that the products meet the specifications listed on the webshop and are free from manufacturing defects.
6.2 In the event of a defective product, customers must contact Studio Nala within 14 days of discovering the defect to arrange a suitable solution.
7. Liability
7.1 Studio Nala is not liable for any indirect damage, including consequential damage, loss of profit, missed savings, or business interruption.
7.2 Studio Nala’s liability is always limited to the total value of the order.
8. Privacy
8.1 Studio Nala respects the customer’s privacy and handles personal data confidentially. The processing of personal data complies with applicable privacy legislation.
8.2 Personal data is used exclusively for order processing and customer communication.
9. Applicable Law and Disputes
9.1 All legal relationships involving Studio Nala are governed exclusively by Dutch law.
9.2 Disputes between Studio Nala and the customer will preferably be resolved through mutual consultation. If this is not possible, disputes can be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
