Studio Nala – Return & Refund Policy

At Studio Nala, we want you and your dog to be happy with your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange your order within 14 days of receipt.

Exchanges

Need a different size? No problem! Send an email to info@studio-nala.com with:

• Your order number

• Name

• The size you would like to receive

For exchanges, you will only be charged for the return shipping costs. We cover the shipping costs of the new item. The new size will be shipped once we have received the returned item in its original condition.

Returns

If you wish to return your item, please make sure it:

• Is unused and in its original condition

• Has the hangtag still attached

Once we have received and inspected the item, the refund will be processed within 30 days to your original payment method.

Important Information

• Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

• Items that are damaged or used cannot be accepted.

• Sale items can also be returned.
